Colleen has been practicing massage therapy in the Mount Pleasant area since graduation from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1995. Since that time she has continuously upgraded her skills and techniques with post-graduate courses and workshops in:
- Muscle Energy
- Treatment of Anxiety Disorder
- Techniques for PTSD
- Healing Touch
- Therapeutic Touch
- Visceral Manipulation

- Bachelor of Health Science
Her treatments may include a variety of these techniques, suited to the individual's needs.
Before becoming an RMT, Colleen worked as a lifeguard, swimming instructor, preschool teacher, care aid for adults with special needs, and a special education assistant with the Vancouver School Board. It was through seeing the positive effects of touch in children with autism that started Colleen on the path of massage therapy.
